The SpeakUp Summer English Camp is designed to help teenagers improve their English in a real, foreign-language environment, fully demonstrate their knowledge, and finally overcome the speaking barrier.
Through a 7-day intensive, fun, and interactive program of workshops, participants will take part in discussions, team activities, presentations, and practical tasks, which will help them become more confident and fluent communicators.

What is the goal of the summer camp?
The goal of the SpeakUp Summer Camp is not only language development. We also offer teenagers knowledge and experience that the existing (often outdated) education system—both public and private schools—does not always provide. The camp program is focused on developing critical thinking, leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
Based on the knowledge gained and practical experience, participants develop important personal and leadership skills. These skills help them choose the right profession, successfully enter the job market in the future, and fully realize their potential.
Who is the summer English camp for?
Registration for the summer camp is open to teenagers aged 9–16 who have a communicative level of English (A2–B1) and are ready to take an active part in the camp program.
Participants are selected through a pre-camp interview. The purpose of the interview is to accurately assess each candidate’s English level and place them in the appropriate group, ensuring that every participant achieves the best possible results.
The number of places in the camp is limited. The program is designed for a maximum of 80–100 students, which allows for a high-quality, personalized approach and an effective learning process.
What will we learn during the project?
The project lasts 7 days. Each day is carefully planned in a structured and goal-oriented way, with specific learning and development objectives. The program is designed so that every day has its own theme, focus, and expected outcomes, guiding participants step by step toward a higher level of language proficiency and personal development.
In addition to intensive English lessons, the daily schedule includes a wide range of dynamic and engaging activities: energizers and icebreakers, themed discussions, debates, role plays, simulation cases, team challenges, project work, creative presentations, film screenings followed by analysis, public speaking practice, quizzes, as well as intellectual and sports games.
Participants will work both individually and in teams, developing critical thinking, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and leadership qualities. Special attention is given to practical application, as participants will use English every day in real and interactive situations.
In addition, a variety of interactive trainings and workshops fully conducted in English are planned. These include debates, case studies, simulation games, creative projects, and activities based on real-life scenarios. Our goal is not only to improve each participant’s language skills but also to provide practical experience that will help them become confident and successful leaders in the future.
Throughout the project, we will fully provide all necessary learning materials, workbooks, visual and digital resources, technical equipment for presentations, and additional educational materials to ensure that every participant receives a high-quality, complete, and results-oriented learning experience.
When should I register?
Registration for the summer camp opens at least 3 months before the start of the camp. As the number of places is limited, we recommend registering as early as possible.
To confirm participation, an advance payment is required. Registration is considered complete only after the prepayment is made, after which the candidate officially receives the status of a camp participant.
Please note that places are filled according to the order of registration and payment.
What does a student need to bring to the camp?
To take part in the camp, students only need personal hygiene items and an appropriate amount of clothing for a 7-day stay, taking the weather conditions into account. Please note that in June the weather at Gantiadi Mountain Resort can be quite cool, so warm clothing is also required.
One week before departure, participants are kindly asked to provide the following documents:
- Medical certificate for the child;
- Copy of the birth certificate.
All other learning materials and organizational arrangements are fully provided by the camp administration, allowing participants to focus entirely on learning and engaging activities.
How is transportation to the camp organized?
Transportation to the camp is provided by a comfortable bus that is fully roadworthy, clean, and well maintained. The vehicle meets all current safety regulations and standards, ensuring a safe and smooth journey for all participants.
Departure is organized from Tbilisi. If there is sufficient interest from other regions, additional transportation may be arranged from Kutaisi and/or Batumi, based on the number of registered participants.
What is the meal system at the camp like?
The camp provides healthy meals three times a day, prepared in accordance with HACCP standards. The menu includes vegetables, fruits, meat, dairy products, fish, and other nutritious foods, as well as natural juices. What is the cost of the program?
The total cost of the summer camp is 1,390 GEL, which includes:
- Round-trip transportation: Tbilisi → Tsemi → Tbilisi;
- Accommodation: 7 nights at the hotel;
- High-quality meals three times a day;
- Intensive English lessons;
- Educational trainings and workshops;
- Special entertainment and interactive activities.

The price also includes all necessary materials for the entire program: stationery, branded T-shirts, props for games and activities, certificates, and photo and video materials, which will be uploaded to a shared drive and available for one month.
Note: In case of sibling registration, a special price applies: 1,290 GEL.
How safe is the camp environment?
The camp provides a highly safe, enclosed, and well-controlled environment. Responsible supervisors are present 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of all participants.
Round-the-clock medical support is also provided. Throughout the program, a qualified medical professional will be available to assist participants whenever needed and provide fast and safe medical care.
The camp area is secured, and all activities take place in a controlled space, ensuring that children remain safe at all times. The health, safety, and well-being of every participant are our top priorities.
