The products of the Learning Center are foreign language courses, which have different prices depending on the number of lessons and their specifics. A registered customer can purchase one or several courses, the total cost of the course is given in the invoice. After agreeing on the exact course schedule, the customer is obliged to pay the tuition fee until the start of the course  2 working days earlier. The prices given on the site include VAT.

 

Tuition Fee Adjustment

 

Tuition fee adjustment is made only if the learning center, due to some reason (specific circumstances, deterioration of the teacher’s health, etc.), conducts fewer lessons than planned and it is not possible to recover the missed lesson. In such a case, the learning center undertakes to adjust the remaining fee accordingly.

 

Full Refund

 

A full refund is only given in the case (specific circumstances, deterioration of the teacher’s health, etc.) that the planned course is canceled and does not start on the scheduled date, or is postponed for a certain period and the proposed date is not acceptable to the customer. In such a case, the learning center undertakes to fully refund the tuition fee paid to the customer.

 

Customer’s Obligation

 

Missed hours due to the customer’’s (student’s) fault and/or early withdrawal from the learning process before the end of the course does not exempt him/her from paying the full course fee.
